Took off the halo
Like me better as myself
Loose woman
Heart wrapped tight
in delusion. The wind
Heard kept secrets.
That shattered you
& your illusions
A lovely past
Passed away
Do you mourn my innocence?
I mourn your kindness.
Undeserving, home alone
His socks atop my fridge
Karma dripping
from my lids.
