Brooklyn Subway Shooting Suspect Arrested

Frank James was arrested early Wednesday afternoon as the suspect of shooting 10 people on a subway train in Brooklyn on Tuesday. James allegedly set off smoke grenades and fired a handgun 33 times on a crowded N train traveling toward the 36th Street station in Brooklyn’s Sunset Park neighborhood. The motive is still unknown.

29 people were injured, including 10 who were shot. None of the injuries appeared to be life-threatening.

Boris Johnson To Be Fined for Breaking Lockdown

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson and his finance minister Rishi Sunk will both be fined over breaking lockdown protocols and hosting parties on governmental premises. The two broke laws created by their own government even though the Prime Minister previously denied some parties and insisted that all guidance was held. This makes Johnson the first sitting UK Prime Minister guilty of breaking the law.

Mark Meadows Removed from Voter Rolls in NC

Mark Meadows, who served as former United States President Donald Trump’s chief of staff and was also previously a congressman from North Carolina, has been removed from his home state’s voter rolls amid a State Bureau of Investigation inquiry on whether Meadows committed fraud. Meadows was very vocal, though, about how he thought the 2020 election was fraudulent.
