US Points to North Korean Hacker Group For Crypto Heist
A North Korean hacking groups, Lazarus and APT38, have been determined by the United States Treasury Department to have theft more than $600 million in cryptocurrency from a software bridge used for popular Axle Infinity play-to-earn game. The group was added to the US Department’s sanction list Thursday.

RNC Withdraws from Commission for Presidential Debates
The Republican National Committee voted unanimously on Thursday to withdraw from the Commission on Presidential Debates due to the committee’s claim that the commission is “biased and has refused to enact simple and commonsense reforms to ensure fair debates…”
The RNC had been signaling for months that something like his would happen. RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel sent a letter last June outlining several complaints.

Elon Musk Offers to Purchase Twitter
Entrepreneur Elon Musk offered to buy Twitter and make it private, as he said he believes the company needs to be “transformed.” He offered to acquire the company for $54.20 per share, valuing Twitter at $41.4 billion. He said that his offer is about “the future of civilization” and not about making money.
