NASA’s New Telescope Shows Star Death, Galaxies
NASA unveiled images from its new powerful James Webb Space Telescope, putting color to images and showing light that the human eye cannot see.
The photographs show views of galaxies interacting with one another as well as a Southern Ring Nebula capturing clouds of gas around a dying star.

Jill Biden Shamed for Comparing Latinos to Tacos
In a speech Monday, First Lady Jill Biden called the Latino community as “unique as the breakfast tacos here in San Antonio.” Biden was addressing a progressive Latino nonprofit group, UnidosUS.
Biden also mispronounced the word “bodega.”

Wildfire in Yosemite National Park Threatens Ancient Sequoias
A wildfire in Northern California is moving toward a grove of ancient sequoia trees in Yosemite National Park. There have been no reports of severe damage to any named trees thus far.
The Washburn Fire was a quarter of the way contained Monday evening. A sprinkler system has been installed in the forest.
