Justice Thomas Halts Lindsey Graham’s Testimony
Justice Clarence Thomas temporarily froze a lower court order requiring Sen. Lindsey Graham to testify in front of a special grand jury in Atlanta that is investigating efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election. The administrative stay is most likely meant to give the Supreme Court justices time to consider taking the case.
