What once required effort to go to a physical location or sit down at a desktop computer now takes place anywhere and at any time with a device that fits in one’s pocket. There’s one thing that we now know for sure: when accessibility emerges, the market grows. When barriers are taken down and experiences are enhanced, companies can tap into new demographics that otherwise would never have been feasible generations before.
