The Justice Department is recommending a six-month prison sentence plus a $200,000 fine for former Donald Trump aide Stephen Bannon. A joint report shows a carbon capture project announced for Louisiana could more than double water usage at the Cleco energy plant that supplies power to the nearby communities.
