Justice Dept. Recommends Six-Month Sentence for Bannon; Serum Institute to Produce Vaccine for Ebola Outbreak; Louisiana Project Shows Carbon Capture Increases Water Use

The Justice Department is recommending a six-month prison sentence plus a $200,000 fine for former Donald Trump aide Stephen Bannon. The Serum Institute of India will manufacture 20,000 to 30,000 doses of an experimental vaccine for use in trials to help combat an Ebola outbreak in Uganda. A joint report shows a carbon capture project announced for Louisiana could more than double water usage at the Cleco energy plant that supplies power to the nearby communities.
