A lawsuit filed in Orleans Parish Civil District Court on Feb. 10 is seeking class-action status for all former and current Nyx members since 2016 who suffered economic damages as a result of alleged gross mismanagement by Mystic Krewe of Nyx founder and CEO Julie Lea.
