Currently, the RTCC has a staff of 18 people and streams footage from 340 city-owned cameras. Now the city hopes to expand the capabilities of the crime center even further, by introducing their SafeCam Platinum program.
Hosting her first #tellcantrell Facebook video event since October 5th, New Orleans Mayor Latoya Cantrell tackled infrastructure. Altogether, the video and discussion were extremely informative, raising hope for progress in infrastructure in the city.
